Running WordPress sites for other people since 2011, more than 800 of them. Backups, security monitoring and updates handled, and someone who picks up when something breaks.
WordPress support and maintenance plans start at $150 a month, billed monthly. The plans are Startup at $150, Small Business at $300, and Enterprise at $500. Every plan includes daily cloud backups, security and malware scanning, uptime monitoring, and automatic WordPress core, plugin and theme updates. Support response times run from 48 hours on Startup down to 4 hours on Enterprise. All plans are month to month with no contract, and you can cancel at any time.
Why Choose WhatArmy for Maintenance
Proactive Monitoring
We don't wait for you to report problems. WatchTowerHQ monitoring catches issues before they become problems. Uptime, security, domain expiration, DNS changes—we watch it all.
Automated Updates
WordPress core, plugins, and themes stay current automatically. Higher-tier plans include staging environments and manual testing before updates go live.
WordPress and Shopify, Nothing Else
These care plans are for WordPress sites. As a company we work on two platforms, WordPress and Shopify, and nothing else, so whoever picks up your ticket has fixed the same problem many times before. Shopify stores have their own support plans.

Three Maintenance Plans, tailored to care for your website
WhatArmy takes backups of your site daily. This way if you ever make a change or want to go back to how your site worked three months ago – we have the files to do it. We are happy to use that backup to restore the site to a specific point in time, or we can send the files to you!
After a WordPress, plugin, or theme update sometimes there are conflicts and errors that did not exist before. As part of our top tier support plan we will review your website to confirm that no problems appear after an update. If something does happen we will not push the update until a solution is in place to circumvent the error.
Your domain "www.YourName.com" is how people find you on the internet. This name often comes up for renewing and needs to be pointed correctly to your site. Often times people forget to renew, your credit card expires, or the provider updates records without telling you. We monitor the renewal process and the DNS records to make sure there are no harmful changes and if an edit is made will have the historical records to get your site back up ASAP.
Your dedicated Account Manager is a dedicated person who gets to know you, your digital marketing goals, understands your vision of the future. Your Account Manager will help you brainstorm solutions, make personalized recommendations, and assist with general site wide strategy and problem solving.
Yes. Upgrades happen immediately. Downgrades process at your next billing cycle. No penalties either way.

Yes, we provide maintenance services for WordPress sites hosted anywhere. However, we can provide better service and faster response times when we also manage your hosting infrastructure.
Nope. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We keep clients because they love the service, not because they're locked in.
Yes, on separate plans. The care plans on this page are for WordPress sites. Shopify support plans start at $600 a month, which covers four hours of design and development work each month with a 48-hour response time. See Shopify support plans.
WP Engine and Kinsta are hosts. A care plan is someone looking after the site itself: updates checked on your site, fixes when something breaks, security monitoring and a team to call. You can keep your current host and add a care plan, or have us host and maintain the site together. The differences are laid out on WhatArmy vs WP Engine vs Kinsta.
